Atelier Dagà Clos is a small family restaurant run by
Iris Clos and Lluís Dagà.
Lluís was introduced to the world of cooking from an early age and at the age of just 16 (in 2003) began his training as a cook and sommelier at ESHOB in Barcelona.
Years later he will complete his master's degree at the Basque Culinary Center.
After working in restaurants of great tradition and recognition in Catalonia, Spain and a large part of Europe , he made a final stop as head chef at the restaurant El Motel Empordà in Figueres, shortly after giving life to L'Atelier Dagà Clos together with with Iris, his life partner.
Iris is a dentist by training and has been passionate about wine and gastronomy since she was young.
In 2015, he met Lluís who introduced him to the world of wine and began to train and increase his knowledge.
In 2020, he decides to change the dental clinic for his life project together with Lluís.
Iris is the professionalism , knowledge and warmth that will welcome you every day at L'Atelier , in her home.
